Upgrade your Avira product to the version 2013 free of charge

Starting yesterday, we have initiated for all version 2012 users the upgrade campaign to version 2013.

If you receive a message like the one in the picture below, just click on it and upgrade to your desired product.

Do not forget that the upgrade is free of charge!

If you have any questions, please try not to call or email us right now. As in any big release, our communication channels are overloaded.

Instead, try to help yourself:

– Search in the Knownledge Base in German and English

– Use the Avira Forums

– Check out the videos in German and English

Only if you have problems with the product, then try to reach Customer Service via the standard channel in German and English.
