9 Things That Motivate Employees More Than Money (guest post)

Original post: http://www.inc.com/ilya-pozin/9-things-that-motivate-employees-more-than-money.html   Author:  Ilya Pozin     Be generous with praise. Everyone wants it and it’s one of the easiest things to give. Plus, praise from the CEO goes a lot farther than you might think. Praise every improvement that you see your team members make. In 2006, in collaboration with Skype, EasyBits Media created the Skype Extras framework – one of the world’s first ever Apps store. Skype Extras are Apps that allow users to extend Skype functionality. For example, our Skype Extra is called “Play Games”…

Quoted (again) on Softpedia.com

The source of the article ist the statistics for July, published in the techblog: “Because of the holiday season, many people started to buy games and spend more time in the social media websites, so the increase in attacking such web sites comes quite naturally,” Sorin Mustaca, manager of international software development at Avira, noted.
