Police in Romania detain 20 alleged hackers

TIMISOARA, Romania – Police in Romania on Wednesday detained 20 people suspected of cloning the Web sites of banks in other countries to deplete customers’ bank accounts.

So, this IS possible !

  1. “Alleged crackers” might be closer to the accusations brought against them.

    Yet, the elections are just around the corner and the police needs to pretend they’re doing their job.
